Richard Lane from well known Perth band The Stems is starting a new venture called The Penny Lane Music Workshop. The aim is to share his musical knowledge with others so the studio will have a summer school for younger musicians in the daytime and adult classes in the evenings. The Penny Lane Music Workshop (named after his daughter and also a tip of the hat to a fairly popular group from Liverpool) is located at 42 Duke Street, East Fremantle.
